2.Price and payment

• 30-day extension plan: ￥490 (tax included)
• 90-day extension plan: ￥1,290 (tax included)

Prices may change. The tax-inclusive price displayed on the purchase page when you apply will apply, and the total payment will also be shown on the final confirmation page. Price changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases.

Costs other than the price

The user is responsible for communication charges and other costs required for internet access.

Payment method and timing

Pay once at checkout by credit card or supported digital wallet through Stripe. All available payment methods are shown on the checkout page. There is no automatic renewal.

3.Service details and conditions

Service details

During the paid period, you have unlimited access to questions in all Japanese-language and skills test fields.

Service availability and period

After confirming payment completion, we normally grant access immediately. Activation may be delayed due to network conditions or payment processor status. The access period is 30 or 90 days depending on the purchased plan, and is added to the end date of any existing active access period.

Application period

There is no application deadline. If sales are suspended, we will notify you on the purchase page.

Automatic renewal

Individual paid plans for this service are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.

Supported environment

This service is provided through common web browsers that can connect to the internet. We do not guarantee operation specific to your device, operating system, or browser.

4.Cancellation and refund

Cancellation and refund conditions

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not accept cancellations or refunds for reasons attributable to the user after payment is complete.

We will refund up to the amount of the relevant payment in cases of duplicate payment, where we cannot provide the paid service after payment completion and cannot resolve the issue, or where otherwise required by law.

If confirmation is needed, select the payment inquiry type in the inquiry form and submit the necessary purchase information. If a refund is issued, the access period for the relevant purchase will be canceled.
