• Job content and assigned workplace
• Contract period, planned start date, and whether there is a probation period
• Monthly salary, hourly wage, bonus, and salary increase
• Working hours, breaks, days off, overtime, and night shifts
• Deductions for taxes, social insurance, dormitory fees, meals, utilities, and other costs
• Rules for resignation and contract renewal
• When using a support organization, check whether it is in the official list.

• Pay must be equal to or higher than that of Japanese workers doing the same job
• Contracts that set a deposit or penalty fee are not allowed
• As a rule, the person must not bear the costs of support for SSW(i) foreign nationals
• The employment contract and support plan are checked in the residence status application

• Get an explanation before signing anything you do not understand
• Check whether explanations or materials are available in a language you understand
• Keep copies of the contract and written notice of working conditions
• If the job posting and contract differ, check the reason
• If you are concerned, consult a public office, registered support organization, or Regional Immigration Services Bureau.
