Users shall use the Service after agreeing to these Terms. If a user violates these Terms or if we determine that the user's use is inappropriate, we may restrict or suspend use of the Service without prior notice.
Users are responsible for managing their login ID and password and must not lend or transfer them to third parties. The Operator is not responsible for any damages caused by unauthorized use of IDs or passwords.
The Service is basically free. If paid options, such as premium features, are introduced in the future, their details, fees, and payment methods will be posted separately on this site.
Users must not engage in the following acts.
Intellectual property rights to text, images, programs, and other content in the Service belong to the Operator or their rightful owners. Reproduction, redistribution, or similar use beyond private use is not permitted without the Operator's prior permission.
The Operator may temporarily interrupt or suspend the Service without prior notice due to system maintenance, incident response, force majeure, or similar reasons.
The Operator makes no warranties regarding the content, accuracy, safety, or usefulness of the Service. The Operator assumes no responsibility for damages incurred by users arising from use of the Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Operator.
The handling of user information is governed by the separately established Privacy Policy.
The Operator may revise these Terms at any time. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this site, and if users use the Service after the posting, they are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes related to the Service.
