Title : Is it okay to change job after coming to Japan with SSW?

I’m planning to come to Japan with SSW visa.

I want to ask something.
If I join one company first, but the work is too hard or the salary is different from what I expected, can I change to another company later?

I know SSW is not like technical intern training, but I’m not sure how easy it is to change jobs.

Has anyone changed jobs under SSW?
How long did it take, and what documents were needed?

Yes, SSW workers can change jobs, but it is not instant.

You need a new company that can accept SSW workers, and the company must prepare documents for Immigration. You also need to report the job change properly.

So don’t quit first without a new company.

Changing job is possible, but difficult if your Japanese is weak.

Many companies will ask why you left the first job.
If you only say “work was hard”, they may worry you will quit again.

Better to explain clearly, like salary, location, contract, health, or work condition.

Don’t think “I can change later” too easily.

Yes, it is possible, but if you leave too fast, you may have no income, no dormitory, and no support.
Find next company first, then move.
