External transmission disclosure
This service sends information to the following external services to provide functions, process payments, analyze usage, ensure safety, and respond to incidents. Recipients handle information according to their respective privacy policies and other policies.
Google Analytics

- Identifiers such as cookies, IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, date and time, approximate region and language, login status, paid/free status, a user identifier that is difficult to reverse, fields studied, questions viewed and whether answers were correct or incorrect, purchase paths, and plan, amount, purchase, and refund information. We do not send names, email addresses, or card numbers.

Stripe

- Information sent
- The account email address, plan, price, internal user and purchase identifiers, version of the terms agreed to, payment information entered by the user on the payment page, IP address, device and browser information, and transaction information such as payment, refund, and disputes. Stripe directly collects card numbers and security codes; this service does not retain them.
- Purposes of Use
- For payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, refunds, dispute handling, and transaction record management. Sent when you start the purchase process.

Cloudflare

- Information sent
- IP address, device and browser information, access date and time, URLs of requested external files, and browser environment and operation/activity information needed for bot detection when using the inquiry form. Inquiry form entries are not sent to Turnstile.

- To deliver external files such as icons and prevent bot or fraudulent submissions to the inquiry form.

- IP address, URLs of requested static files, access date and time, device and browser information, and request information needed for communications. When sending email: recipient email address, subject, body, and delivery result.
- Purposes of Use
- To deliver images, CSS, JavaScript, and other files; send email for verification and inquiries; and ensure stable and secure delivery.

- To deliver libraries needed for page display and ensure stable and secure delivery.

New Relic

- New Relic, Inc.
- Information sent
- Access date and time, request destination, processing time, errors, IP address, user identifiers, and other application logs and performance information recorded by the server. We do not use it to send passwords or card numbers.
- Purposes of Use
- To detect incidents, investigate causes, monitor performance, investigate unauthorized access, and operate the service reliably. We do not currently deliver New Relic monitoring code to devices; we send necessary information from the server.

You can limit some transmissions by disabling browser cookies or JavaScript, but you may then be unable to use login, payment, inquiry, and other functions. Transmissions needed to provide functions requested by the user, such as payment, cannot be stopped.
