2.Exam Fee

Japan:JPY 8,000

3.Successful Applicants

You can generally check exam results within five business days after the exam via your registered email address and the reservation site My Page.

You can also check them on My Page of the reservation site you used for the test.

4.Test Structure
Test Category From FY2026, Specified Skilled Worker (i) has 17 categories, and Specified Skilled Worker (ii) has 3 categories. Check official information for the category you will take.

Format The written test uses true/false questions. The practical test asks you to read about work processes and materials and choose the correct answer.

Test Method CBT Method
Eligibility In principle, you must be 17 or older on the test day. Indonesian nationals must be 18 or older. You must intend to work in Japan after passing the exam.
Test Level The standard is about Grade 3 of the skills test taken by people who completed Technical Intern Training No. 2.
