For CBT tests in Japan, the screen shows whether you passed after the test. You can view the result notice in your Prometric account within 5 business days after the test date.

For fisheries, the passing criterion is a total score of more than 65% on the written and practical tests.
Aquaculture

For aquaculture, the passing criterion is a total score of more than 74% on the written and practical tests.
To take the test, you must be at least 17 years old on the test date (18 for Indonesian nationals) and not hold Japanese nationality.
For the fisheries category, applicants are advised that they are highly likely to be unable to work in Japan unless they have at least three years of fishing experience or have graduated from a fisheries education institution.
