OTAFF Official Prometric Test Page
In Japan, you must be at least 17 on the test date, hold a valid status of residence, and have a qualifying passport (currently, any passport except an Iranian passport). For overseas tests, applicants must be at least 17 (18 for Indonesian nationals) and not hold Japanese nationality.

Outside Japan, fees vary by country. See Prometric's country-specific test fees for current fees.
Your pass/fail result is displayed on the computer screen when the test ends.
For domestic tests, you can view the result notice in your OTAFF account within about 5 business days of the test date; for overseas tests, in your Prometric account within 5 business days after the test date. No results are mailed.
