N3 is a big plus.
Accommodation jobs are still around, especially if you don’t mind where you work.
Pass the exam, apply to a few companies, and you should find something. Good luck!

Honestly I don’t see many hotels hiring N4 people. They usually want better Japanese because you need to talk with guests.
So if you already have N3, you’re in a pretty good position.

I have a friend actually working at a hotel with SSW and he said N3 makes a pretty big difference. N4 is enough on paper but a lot of hotels want someone who can actually talk to guests without too much trouble. He said N3 + decent speaking should be fine for finding something.

Depends on the hotel tbh. Some care about JLPT level, some just want you to speak well. I know someone with N4 working in a hotel so N3 is not everything.

N3 is good but don’t depend on it too much. Interview is important. If you can’t answer normally in Japanese they won’t really care that you have N3.

I am planning to take the Accommodation SSW Exam as well. Does the difficulty level from practice questions in this portal about the same with the actual exam?

Yeah pretty similar I think. Some questions in the real exam were a little different but if you can do the practice questions here without much problem, you should be okay.

For me the level was similar, but I would still read the official textbook too. Practice questions are good but the real exam can ask things in a different way.
