I got an offer from a company in Japan, but I’m not sure what I should check before signing.
The salary looks okay, but I don’t know about deductions and dorm rules.
What questions should I ask the company or agency?

Ask these before signing:
take-home salary
rent / dorm fee
overtime average
night shift or not
transportation cost
contract period
paid leave
support in Japan
who pays flight ticket
Don’t only look at basic salary.

Also ask if the company has foreign workers already. If they have workers from your country, it may be easier because they already know how to support foreigners.
